Shipping Times

Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders containing in-stock inventory are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Handmade Pieces
Handmade artwork, custom-painted items, customized thrift pieces, and other handcrafted creations are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

Made-to-Order Apparel
Made-to-order apparel requires 1-2 business days for production and typically arrives within 7-12 business days after production.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products are manufactured after the order window closes. Production and shipping timelines vary by product and will be listed on the product page. Please allow additional time for manufacturing and international shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delays

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or manufacturing timelines.

Refund & Return Policy

Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or produced specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Accidental purchases
Minor variations in handmade products
Pre-order cancellations after production has begun

Please review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Handmade Pieces

Each handmade item is unique. Small variations in color, texture, paint placement, distressing, or craftsmanship are considered part of the piece and are not considered defects.

Digital Products

All digital products, including wallpapers, digital collectibles, downloads, and other digital goods, are non-refundable once delivered.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order purchases are final once production begins. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays.
